Design and implementation of work environments (Processing Rooms) meant for treatment of fishery products, with corrosion immune, white glass-fibre laminate panels, suitable for very saline environments typical of fish preparation processes, being adopted; another equally important characteristic is a high resistance to the frequent washing of work surfaces during product preparation processing. All this, combined with the installation of the latest generation machinery with computerised monitoring; an integral part of the project are also the specific storage cells in which the processed product is stored for conservation and subsequent distribution.
