Impar manufactures and installs various multi-purpose, standard or customised insulating panels for the building sector, and insulating panels for refrigerating cells and stores.
1. Insulating Panel Coverings
Specifications:
Metal support:
- Steel conforming to Standard UNI EN 10346:2009 type Fe and 250G available simply hot-dip galvanised with “sendzimir” process, pre-varnished or plastic-coated galvanised.
- 3103 H16 aluminium alloy conforming to Standard UNI 9003/3 or according to UNI 10372 available in natural or pre-varnished finish.
- AISI 304 stainless steel, 2B finish conforming to Standard UNI 10372.
- Copper, conforming to Standards UNI EN 1172 – UNI 10372.
Flexible support:
- Bituminous felt rolls.
- 0.08 mm-thick embossed aluminium.
Technical specifications
Water-proofing support:
- Bituminous felt rolls.
- Other materials on request, by prior agreement on minimum quantities.
Seamless foaming insulation:
- Self-extinguishing polyurethane resins (PUR).
The average density of the insulating foam is 38±3 kg/cu.m. Minimum content of closed cells is >90%. The thermal transmission K coefficient (Kcal/sq.m. h °C) is defined by dividing the lambda value (0.019) by the thickness S of the foam contained in the panels. For ease of calculation of K, the polyurethane contained in fretted sheet metal is considered to be uniformly distributed over the whole surface.
Protective treatments on request:
Polyester pre-varnishing for exteriors, non-toxic pre-varnishing for contact with foodstuffs, silicone polyester, PVDF, class A thermoplastic; application of PVC plastic film or other films.
